Tasty Exotic spice from Georgia (where Stalin was from, not where peaches come from)
I used this for my experiments in Georgian food. It is essentially a spicy barbecue rub best suited for pork, but can be used on chicken, beef, or lamb also. Everything I made with it tasted great!

Salt and fenugreek.
There's no marigold in this, which is odd. The predominant flavors are salt and fenugreek, and a little chili. I cannot emphasize the salt enough -- this is only useful in situations where you could just as easily use pure salt. Won't be ordering again.
