Has some good heat; A little goes a long way
Took a cooking class in NOLA. Jambalaya & Gumbo. We used this spice. Bought 2 large containers, needed more. Has some good heat; A little goes a long way, but we pour it on for Jambalaya. Great on grilled veggies & chicken too.

Delicious, but you can buy online from New Orleans School of Cooking for $8
I use this seasoning when I make etoufee and it is so delicious and makes it easier. However, go to the New Orleans School of Cooking website (or google this title) and you can purchase it for $8 or $9. The larger size is maybe $14. This seller trying to get $30 for it is ridiculous, especially when it's very available online elsewhere.
