Bikini Cleanse Weight Loss System (3 Day)

Tasty products. Only lost a few pounds...did not increase my water intake due to my busy schedule....but I did increase the minutes in my exercise routine...to meet the 45 min per day requirement. Make sure you drink lot of H20 to get the best results....thats true for all weight loss products! The shakes have an orange creamsicle taste (yummy) and the bikini sticks you add to water are refreshingly sweet and fruity. I will buy again in the future. Great jumpstart for those trying to make a healthy lifestyle change.

I did enjoy the 3 day bikini cleanse and I did drop some water weight as it says you will do. I don't eat breakfast normally so I did this shake for my lunch. The keto drinks were surprisingly good. Great quick cleanse to get you on track. A little pricey for 3 days thus the 4 stars. I wish you could buy the shakes separately.

You lose about two pounds. The tea cause extreme cramping and has ingredients in it that can cause unhealthy stomach issues. Be sure to research every ingredient in the tea before drinking it to ensure you are okay with the side effects you may endure. I got really sick and the severe cramping lasted three hours on my third day of the cleanse.

Waste of money. Too much sugar in the shakes. If you want to lost weight or jump start a diet, just do some intermittent fasting instead of drinking this garbage. The raspberry powder is gross and after seeing how much sugar is in the shakes, I didn't even try them.

Great value for money, however, it didnt taste pleasant at all! I just had to force myself to drink it -using a straw is definitely easier!I felt like I didnt loose a significant amount of weight - just lost some bloat and water weight which could have been lost through lemon water detox.It's worth it if you dont have the time or want to put in any effort into planning a diet. This one is quick and doesn't take much to it.

I tried one smoothie and tried to ear sticks. I just realized that the expiration date is 9/20. Smoothie did not have expiration date, so i am not sure if i drank one already past expiration date. You need to make sure to send one not past expiration date. I hope i do not have any trouble from it.

I used to do this cleanse before any big event and it worked to drop a few lbs. However the last two times I’ve order I’ve been sent expired product. Buyer beware!
