Flavor is ok. I've had better, but it's not too bad.They work well though and do help me sleep, which is the most important thing I guess.My only other complaint is that they are very sticky and it's hard to get them out, because they are all stuck together. Not sure if maybe they started melting during shipment or something?

I started using Somnapure capsules two years ago because of insomnia I was having during the night. Had ordered the capsules but had not used them until then. I was finally able to have a good night's sleep and did not need to take them every night. When I saw I would need to order more, I was surprised and saddened to see they no longer sold the capsules because of the brand name being sold. Wasn't sure if the gummies would work as well, but decided to try them. I can testify that they work as well if not better than the capsules. Also, easier to take and I only need to take half of one to get the results. I would highly recommend this product.

I've tried a lot of melatonin gummies, this one in particular works wonderfully for me! I've gotten atleast six hours solid without waking up (only to run to the restroom). I fall back asleep pretty quickly too. I'm impressed so far.

I was expecting the same formulation as the somnapure sleep aid tablets due to the fact that they have the same name. These are solely just 10mg of melatonin with MCT. I noticed a noticeable difference in the efficacy of the gummy versus the tablet. I could not wait to finish the two back before I bought another bottle of the tablets.
