Nice phone good product

After 2 months of use, camera went upside down, took ages to load and put itself into easy mode wiping everything. The code used on this phone is cheap. I emailed company 7 times over 10 days and rang, spoke Chinese to me, couldn't understand a word. Had no reply from email. No manual with phone so couldn't try and sort the problem, then upon charging it caught fire, luckily i was in the same room and it was daytime. Otherwise It could have killed us all. Amazon want me to return phone, but as it has all my passwords, bank account details etc etc still on it somewhere and Sensitive legal documents I spoke to advisor then supervisor from Amazon, for refund. They don't seem to care about my personal information on the phone. I said I would dispose of the phone but they won't have it, want me to send to them which I won't due to details on the phone, even the phone repair shop were baffled and couldn't do anything with it. Please DO NOT Buy this phone, amazon should remove it off the shelves.

Pretty decent phone for the price quite easy to set up nice lightweight phone and come with phone case .packaged well and fully sealed .this will be my boy first phone.battery life is fantastic it has a light bright screen with excellent touch sensitivity.I am very satisfied with the purchase .if you are looking for a phone it is not complicated and keep charge for a long time this phone is the best.

Good battery life, works as advertised

My wife wanted a new phone to replace her Galaxy phone . She did not want anything elaborate and definitely didn't want a rugged phone . But I went ahead and got her this rugged phone and now is very happy with it

I've had this phone since April 2024, and have not been impressed at all. Phone is not a tough phone. Gorilla glass broke after falling flat on its back from a height of 800mm. Bluetooth constantly disconnects from devices and doesn't save settings. Camera quality both front and rear is dire and often unusable. System very slow and unresponsive. Attempts to contact seller to resolve broken screen under warranty have been ignored. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a tough/rugged phone you look elsewhere and avoid this seller/make entirely.

Surprising performance for price paid. Ideal phone for heavy duty works. I’m using it during my dry-docking projects.
