Great Beginners Guide for Vue 3
This is a relatively short book but provides a good amount of information regarding Vue 3. The author provides great examples and is very comprehensive in explaining what's going on with the code. There are only few issues with the book that I've come across. Sometimes the examples can be confusing as the author removes some blocks of code in places where you need to add additional code. It gets confusing because you're not sure if you need to remove any previous code or if your placing the code correctly according the the example. The second issue is the the author doesn't really cover the syntax (like dollar sign or semicolon placement) Vue. But this is a rather small issue and nothing a quick Google search couldn't fix.Overall, great book and I recommend reading the Vue docs in addition to this book.

Good introduction to Vue development
By way of background, I am not a web developer. The last time I built my own web page was probably in the late 1990's early 2000's, hand coding pages in vi, and I never really learned much Javascript or CSS. I bought this book because I needed to get up to speed with Vue quickly so I could build a web UI for an API project abandoned by another developer. Working through this book in about two days gave me enough grounding to build out the Web UI I needed in about four days. It didn't give me everything I needed, but it gave me enough that I was able to quickly figure out the other things I needed on the fly. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that there are a few examples where the author missed a small detail and I needed to puzzle things out, but it was deep enough in the book that I was able to figure out what had happened relatively quickly. I'd recommend this book to anyone interested in getting started with Vue.js

learn by doing
This book moves quickly and covers a lot of ground in less than 150 pages. I like that it maintains the same format throughout, moving between explanations and code. Maybe about half the book is code, analyzed line-by-line so you don't wonder why something is there. The author also makes it easy to reach out with questions, or to get the full source code for a chapter.
