Easy to digest concepts perfect for the undergraduate-level learner. May be a bit simplistic for graduate-level students. Chapters are short which helped encourage my students to actually do their reading!

Excellent for my class

Reading this book for my PhD research on corporate team formation and I love it. It is very easy to read, but gives concrete examples and explanations. Very applicable to real life in the corporate world and just about any organization that uses teams (what organization doesn't?).

This book is the required textbook for a class I'm taking. I'm not enjoying the class.What can I say, it's a book, it has pages with text written on them. I may come back later to let you know if I become an effective team builder.
