Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil and Multi Vitamins 90 Capsules

I love this, I never get a stomach ache even if I take it only with a cool drink of water and it has all the vitamins to supplement, plus the cod liver oil is healthy too. I bought this because another viatmin brand upset my tummy all the time, but these dont, You need to drink a glass of cool water or something with it, and this works for me.

I know we don't need lots of vitamins daily - if you have a well balanced, varied diet, but these give me reassurance that I'm getting everything that I need and more - without worrying whether or not I'm getting sufficient nutrition elsewhere. My last health check with my Dr - he said my vitamin levels were perfect - so I think it's down to taking these vitamin tablets. I've taken them for several years now and I like how everything is rolled into one - oil and vitamins. They can leave a strange aftertaste but it soon passes. It's a case of working out which method is best - taking them before or after food..I've found that it affects the brief aftertaste :). Great price on Amazon - especially when I don't want to have to buy multiple tubs at once in order to receive a great price. Sooz :)
