Q: where can I buy an XXL....?

see examle, Vinaco Ankle Brace, 2 Pack xxl, have to search ankle brace XXL. A little difficult to find in this size

Not left or right specific. I bought two. One for each foot. I cant answer the returns policy question

Q: I got a formfit quicklace brace to replace my old gameday w10625 & it hurts! ossur says i should have ordered speedlace version. anyone know if true?

I have the speedlace version and it is very easy to use. Just 4 straps around your feet and ankle and you are done. When I first started to use it was painful, just had to move the straps where it does not affect you. I do not know what kind of injury you have as everyone is different. I dont believe that changing formfit quicklace vs speedlace is going to make much of a difference as they strap down the same..
