The machine was ready to use straight from the box, it comes with a large shaving head which are adjustable to the contours of the face and head. The head is easy to open and clean. On top of this comes a side burn knife, facial cleansing brush and soft sponge, nose and ear trimmer, USB lead and a handy pouch to hold it all in. My partner was impressed with how it has performed. Good value for money!

This is a high quality, extremely effective razor as well as a multi purpose tool with several different uses.The razor is created with 8x dimensional floating blades that are highly effective at getting a close, precise shave, without causing any irritation. I love the versatility of this razor as it comes withdifferent magnetic heads that you change to make a nose trimmer,hair trimmer,facial brush,body waterproof so you can use it in the shower for a wet or dry shave. This product also has an excellent charge time,as you can use it for 90 minutes after charging for only an hour and a half,which is very convenient. This razor definitely surpassed my highest expectations and I would highly recommend it to everyone,as you won't be disappointed.

Bought this head shaver in early December, 2022 and was very pleased with it to begin with as it gave a really close head shave. Unfortunately after 5 months (5th May, 2023), it stopped working. (I removed the blade unit to clean it and plugged in the base unit to recharge as usual. Whilst the base unit charged and was working ok, when I attached the blades unit to the base unit the blades stopped working and made a whining sound.}Wouldn't recommend it simply because it's lifespan was so short.UPDATEFollowing my review above, I was surprised to be contacted by the seller, Bazivve, who apologised for my experience with the faulty shaver and offered me a choice of a replacement shaver or a refund. As I had already obtained an alternative shaver, I opted for the refund which I promptly received back into my credit card account.Bazivve were exceptionally prompt in their responses to my emails and indeed I believe that I was just unfortunate in purchasing a faulty shaver from them. In view of such excellent customer service, I would have no hesitation in buying from them again and I have updated my rating of their service.
