Easy to put together if you have any issues with your knees this is a must for the areopilates machine expensive but worth it

Helps with manoeuvres, easier to move being higher
Delighted, it's a tad on the heavy side but I put two yoga mats underneath and this allows me to slide my rebounder in and out from the wall. Love it! So glad I got it to go with my rebounder. It helps a lot.
