Q: how is the suppier for this suplement?

Has been fine so far. I obviously have no idea if the product is 100% legit/authentic unless I send this to a lab for testing (!!) but delivery has been prompt.

Q: amazon have shown this bottle with two different labels in the pictures above, please confirm which labelled bottle are you supplying.

I suspect that the different labels may relate to a newer label design. Personally, I would say that the version on the bottle is more recent stock, though of course, this is speculation on my part. What I would add about Solgar, in the words of someone who knows a lot about it, Solgar is the Rolls Royce of vitamins and minerals! Hope this helps a little bit? My regarfs, Maggie

Not a straightforward answer but, a ug is 1 millionth of a gram. (iu = international units)1000mg is a gram --- so someone has told you to take a serious amount of Vit a min D in this form.If medically advised to take this, I would ask them what form of Vitamin D you should be taking.

Hope it does the job

It's recommended to take Vitamin D through the winter to compensate the lack of sun, and also it's beneficial when is taken with other crucial vitamins and minerals.
