Did what I wanted it to - hung my new 65in Panasonic TV easily. I managed to get the mount perfectly horizontal, but this would have been easier if the screw holes had been elongated to allow some vertical adjustment. I also used some spacers left over from another such bracket to attach the TV to the bracket via the vesa mounting holes as I think otherwise the optical and ethernet cables might have been too close to the wall. Good value for money - I would recommend this.

If you want a TV Mount that leaves zero gap between wall and the TV this is the mount for you. (58” Panasonic TV mounted perfectly)
