Great tool for HVAC Facility job requirements.
Good tool for torquing mini split or cassette overhead equipment. Prevents early leaks and it secures every union connection standard torque.

you need a torque wrench for HVAC so buy this one it has accurate presets
It is hard to read the gauge. Very hard if you are way up in a crazy position, like you can tend to be with some units. That said, It buzzes and vibrates when you reach the correct torque, which is actually better than needing to read the actual gauge. One thing I do not like at all but maybe it is a necessary evil, the wrench has a tiny set screw on the side of the jaw which can be really annoying because it so small it requires a tiny screwdriver and because it tends to move on its own. Maybe they all do, maybe I dont know how to use it correctly. I dont know. I did not like that set screw. It has handy presets and is easy to use. This tool is vital if you dont want your line sets to leak.

Only way to do HVAC fittings
Did a couple of mini splits with this so far, takes the guess work out of torqueing fittings. Tried standing on a ladder with a crows foot on a standard torque wrench - not for me.Found other uses around the shop for it too, solid, well made and works!

Good feedback
I like the light and sound to as you approach and reach the torque value. For this price it should allow you to change the head out for fixed sizes.
