Good replacement for old tree.

The product was easy to assemble

This is actually a very nice artificial tree, much better than some with are glorified tinsel and coat hangers. This one has nice folding out branches. This tree cost a little more than some others, but it was definitely worth it. I figure if I'm going to buy a tree to use every year, I want to to look nice. Buying a cheap tree, and having to use it every year is a false economy. This one looks as close to the real thing as you are likely to get, at least without spending massive amounts of money. I'd say it's good value.

This tree is good value for money but certainly doesn't look like the picture when all set up. A little disappointing but for the money you can't really complain!

Not sure how long it will last, doesn't seem too bad. But for the price (very good) it won't matter. Looks good when assembled.

I'm really disappointed with this after reading the good reviews. Yes, the tree is cheap but I've seen similarly priced ones that are much higher quality. The upper section of the free has only one hinged branch where there should be three or four, leaving a huge hole between the sections. The bottom section has one of the branches missing. The silver hinges are really obvious against the green, no attempt to camouflage them whatsoever. The thread that is wrapped around the metal part of the branches has unravelled and frayed and has become tangled in the branches. The returns process is complicated, why should customers have to request a return and wait for the company to agree and provide instructions?

I was very disappointed with this tree, as soon as I opened it three small branches fell off. However as it was close to Christmas and my grandchildren were coming I decided to use it. Next year if I decide to decorate I will get a new tree
