This item is an ornate cast iron door mat. I was so pleased with the quality and appearance, that I have purchased four. Three of them arrived in a timely manner, but I think the other has got lost in transit. I would recommend this product as it is both practical and also a nice feature. I also believe it is currently the cheapest on the internet at the moment.

A small very nice doormat at a reasonable price, it would be nice to be able to buy it in a slightly larger sixe.

The mat looks good and we were pleased with it - until my wife stood on it - and it cracked all the way through. At first we were unsure of what made the noise so I stood on it - and it cracked in another area - completed sheered.Have ordered a replacement from Amazon - hope it is better - if not it will go back as well.

This is a heavy, charming, and practical 'grate' for the front porch - wiping one's feet and knocking the dirt, dust, and nuclear waste off before entering the house. Nifty, swirly design, classic kind of look, yet with a contemporary look. Decent price. I think "doormat" isn't really the right word for what seems like an iron grating -- but so be it. It works for us, just read the description, consider the price, and know you're getting a heavy piece of iron. It looks more black than brown to me...and more medium than small.
