Axentia Kamino-Flam Ash Bucket with Lid, Steel, Black, 32 x 30 x 42.5 cm

After a long wait, delivery tracking showing lost in transit, chat hassle and a refund - my bucket turning up! Not 100% happy with it when I took it out of it's well sealed box. It will do the job - the oval shape helps the ash pan fit safely inside but the metal isn't as heavy as I expected. Its appearance is smart - would make a super coal or log bucket but my need is something to safely handle warm/hot ash. This item was dispatched by carrier hence me thinking it may be quite heavy. When it didn't appear I followed the tracking which showed that it was out for delivery in a city over 200 miles from my address and this information stuck on my tracking for quite a number of days! I became quite concerned so I went on Chat with Amazon - the operator contacted the carrier and I was promised delivery the next day even though it was over 200 miles away. After a lot of hassle and the order being declared as 'missing' it turned up here over a week later!March 2021 - This bucket is durable and is lasting the time of cleaning out fires quite well. If the ash is hot I put the ash pan in the bucket then take it outside to a safe place before putting it down and tipping in the ash as the bottom gets quite hot. I rinse it out periodically - no rust on it after over two years of use. This was quite an expensive purchase but I now know why - though the construction looks flimsy it is a toughly built little bucket. I'm lucky that both our ash pans fits this bucket satisfactorily.

A brilliant bucket which we use for coal. The oval shape makes it easier to carry, as it doesn't feel as bulky and it also saves space as it goes closer to the wall than an average round one. The wooden piece on the handle makes it much more comfortable to carry, it doesn't dig into your hands as just a plain metal handle would. Holds a very good amount of coal. Feels like a good quality and sturdy item that will last many years. The lid is a bonus as it stops dust from the coal dispersing or getting wet if its raining when fetching it indoors. Very good value for money compared to the cost of other coal buckets that I researched. I'm very pleased with this item.

We wanted a bucket with a lid for our smokeless fuel which we burn on our multi-fuel burner. This is perfect - reasonably thick so should last, a nice tight fitting lid and a carrying handle. In fact the lid is so tight fitting that it creates condensation on the inside of the lid presumably from the fuel "sweating", but that is no criticism of this bucket. Good value and recommended.

Thought it would be thicker metal but seems to do the job. Like the lid as the ash doesn't blow everywhere or clogs up by the rain

Really pleased with this! Bought it to store kindling in, to replace an open wicker basket in an effort to stop the dog stealing the sticks! This is perfect - it matches our coal bucket and looks really smart. I thought it was small when it arrived, but it’s deceptive, it holds a lot more kindling than it appears it would.

Lovely product

Good design of lid, which fits closely over the bucket rim (unlike many I’ve seen where the lid loosely rests inside the bucket). Narrow shape means it fits nicely alongside our wood burner. Very pleased!
