This little light works really well. It’s a small light with a big bang for your buck. It’s pretty powerful and it’s a true UV light.Works well for rockhounding as well as for UV Resin setting. Worth the money in my opinion. Not disappointed with it at all.

This needs to be used in a darker environment for sure. I purchased this for work to do audits with. We have a very well lit environment and we use high quality black lights. I purchased this to keep on my person since I work in quality control. I tried to use it in the same area we use the other black lights. I could not see this one at all. Yes, I was disappointed and people laughed including me. It isn't intended for what I purchased it for. If you are rock hounding, I would also recommend something stronger. This will be good for me to check for AC compressor leaks in my garage with all the lights off. That is now what I have reserved this for. Do I recommend, that is a strong maybe. It depends on what you need and what your expecting to get out of this little light.

I've tested multiple UV Flashlights.... If you are hesitant on purchasing this, don't be. I promise you will be happy you did.

I got this due to my cat spraying, although nothing was really wrong with it…it was just too small for my liking. Did the job but I would recommend getting a bigger one

I love this light! It is perfect for viewing fluorescing lichens, millipedes, termites, scorpions, and other organisms. No white light washout but rich, vibrant UV light. Choose this one over the ALONEFIRE SV005 10W LED 365nm--the LED light in this washes out the color and leaves everything drab. The ALONEFIRE SV63 Mini 3W has a UV filter that performs much better for my purposes.
