Excellent and lower cost substitute for the Neilmed brand packets. Some brands have a particular smell to them. These have the same smell as neilmed. For those who have tried different brands of nasal rinse will know what I am talking about. Also you can use just half of a packet and get excellent results.

July 2025 (update): I received a message from the sender 3 days after my original review. They were apologetic and let me know my satisfaction was important to them and that they would work to resolve the issue. They sent me a new package of newly designed salt packets that could be torn open without the need for scissors. I attached a picture of the before and after packets. I'm very impressed with the way they quickly addressed my concern. They owned the fact that the original packaging design was not good and resolved the defect with a newly designed packet. I updated my rating from 3 stars to 5. I'm very pleased to see this kind of customer service. June 2025 (original review): I gave this item 3 stars because you have to use scissors to open the salt packet. The salt works fine, it's just the packaging. This makes it hard to use these when I travel. I don't usually carry scissors around with me. I could buy a small pair just for this, but it's annoying that I would even need to do that.

Appreciate the ease of use and effectiveness of this product. The formula is well balanced with no burning sensation when I use it. Great value.

These work as expected. They don't tear open easily like the more expensive ones. I have scissors in the bathroom, it's no big deal to cut them. Worth it for the price.

This is similar to many other buffered saline packs for nasal wash but it was on sale and cheaper than anything I had purchased before. The outer packaging is nothing special and was vacuum bagged but each packet is sealed in a plastic pre-perforated tube that generally tears easily to open a small hole in the corner where you can pour the contents out in a nice steam.

I was thrust into the world of rinsing my sinuses regularly after... Not one... Not two... But three lots of sinus surgery within 12 months! 🤣 Part of my recovery was to rinse multiple times are my surgery. These handy size packets were easy to use as it's all measured out. Miss with boiling hot water.. Allow to cool and away you go. It does not sting when you use. I would day it was good value for money. Especially when you are recovering from surgery and you aren't feeling very well... These are all set for you. I know friends that rinse with that too help with colds and hay fever ect.
