It’s an oil every caring car owner should use throughout lifetime of their car. Using anything less than this (like a cheaper semi-synthetic or worse a mineral oil) is a false economy. Moreover I would recommend to change it every 5,000 miles regardless what the car manual recommends. It is so easy these days to replace oil using a vacuum suction pump to suck old oil through dipstick channel that every owner should do this service easily themselves. The best you can do for your engine is use at least a fully synthetic oil such as this and religiously replace it every 5,000m or at least once a year. I’ve been using only this oil for the last 30 years and never had any problems with any of my engines. Highly recommended oil.

Not bought for my car but as the recommended oil for my Michell Orbe SE turntable main bearing! A lifetime supply for not much more than a tiny measured shot from my hifi dealer!

Slippery stuff

I checked my oil and realised I was running ridiculously low so I got this and thanks to Prime it came the next day. The oil is fantastic and suits any powerful car. My car has a huge litre capacity so this is most definitely the right oil for it and recommended to buy from my local garage. It has a handy measurement gauge on the side too so you know exactly how much you are using. I do find it’s increased in price over the years though but apart from that it’s brilliant.
