Not only is this the most effective topical pain reliever I have ever used (it provides me with nearly INSTANT relief), but the company has proven themselves to give EXCELLENT customer service. Amazing!
Provided instant relief to long-term pain. Far better than any other products I've tired over the years. An added bonus is the smell is amazing and really clears the sinuses!

Superb pain killer with almost instant success!
Absolutely incredible and have been using it now for 6 years! It has saved me from intensive lower back pain so bad I can hardly walk at times and trying to sleep with so much pain was a joke! ! Back operations failed so it’s been a gift from heaven got me! Almost instant relief from pain but does not work for everybody !

Testing Advance 7 for the first time with disappointing result
First time I have tried this product and have to say that have not received any immediate benefit, contrary to what I expected from their literature. Now contemplating if I should try once more or consider testing another alteranative product

At last I can sleep
Fenbid Gel and Zapain tablets don't even come close to relieving my sciatica like this cream. I doubt if my pending appointment with my GP to go on to a course of Gabapentin will either. Advance 7 is not cheap, but what price do you put on being able to function like a human and not be an extra in "The Walking Dead" Top Marks for Advance 7, just a shame I am using eBay this time due to the long delivery period. I need to take it on holiday next fortnight

I love this stuff!
Advance 7 is fantastic. I had tried anti- inflammatory gels for arthritis in my knees hips and spine before but didn't get much relief. I tried this gel a few months ago and it helped my pain soooo much. I could move much more easily and go for walks again which I hadn't done for about a year. This is the second time I've bought Advance 7 and I would highly recommended it.
