It works and it stays on
Finally found a patch that sticks. I put one on between my shoulder blades and went and played golf. It stayed on the entire time. It is not as big as the white patches, but this one stays on, and that’s what I’m looking for.

I bought this product to help my knee pain. They helped a little. I tried other pain patches & they all seemed the same.
