I really like this machine. It works really well. I like designs that are simple and just work every time. This does that. You don’t have to plug it in and can just bring it anywhere. The pedal isn’t too hard for my 8 year old to press. It gives the right amount of time for him to get set and bat. He enjoys it way more than using tee. Also no issue with using a regular baseball. Only thing that could be improved is the ball holder is a little flimsy, but only an issue if you try and pick it up by it.

Update to initial post; It seems as there is a breaking in period. The failures were less and less as we used it. It fails very infrequently now. My son enjoys this pitcher. Original; When the pitching lever is pressed, around 40 percent of the time it won’t pitch. When you have to press the lever again, it will cause a double feed. Very, very frustrating. Also, the rail that holds the balls comes apart constantly. True, you get what you pay for, but if you’re selling it, it should work properly. Debating returning to try another one or just returning for refund. At this rate, I might save for a better one.

This product is good for what you would expect for the price. Easy to setup and doesn’t require electricity or batteries so it’s very portable. Does a good job tossing ball up in air so my son could easily practice his swing and making contact without me outside in yard, so that was a huge plus.

Great for practicing hitting baseballs! Good quality. Very easy to assemble! Good price compared to some of the others I looked at. Good size because it holds several balls. I liked the fact that it holds regulation size baseballs instead of the plastic balls.

Easy to use and portable. The adjustable pitching for distance is very helpful. I found that you need to use the practice balls it comes with and maybe get some addition ones because regular baseball is a little too heavy and it doesnt pitch as far. Other than that, very fun for everyone!

Really fun for a kid to manage on their own when they want batting practice and you just don't want to take them to the cages. So far it's only compatible with the balls it came with, as the other practice balls we have are weighted differently and it doesn't launch them as nicely.

It was a birthday gift for my 5 year old. It stopped working after tossing the second ball. Very disappointing.
