During the unboxing of this ear cleaner, I was pleased that everything looked fresh and clean with no signs of prior use . The electric water appliance was solid and had a very comfortable feel. It had two removable stickers attached that provided information to get you started more quickly..Next, I looked at the clear plastic water storage unit. I was lightweight and water level measurement guides printed on it. I next picked up the resealable bag of tips and Instead of being hard plastic, they are made from a firm but flexible material. What pleasantly surprised me is that they do not snap in or have to be forced in. The base tightly screws into the cleaner’s spout leaving no chance for a problem separation. What does snap on, however, is the clear plastic water guard. When attached to the water appliance, it is more than secure enough to serve its purpose.I then inspected the charging USB cord. It comes with a modern Type C tip (which I prefer) for the gun and a type A for a computer or a wall USB power source. It is a generous 2.5 feet long and works as it should.After checking out the plastic basin with cutouts on the sides to better fit under your ear, a microfiber shoulder cloth was included for absorbing extraneous water and wiping down the appliance after use.Last but not least, I read through the enclosed instruction booklet. It was both clear concise.Completely satisfied with the inspection of the product’s parts, it was time to put this ear irrigator to the test. With water heated to about 98 degrees, I started with lowest settings but soon moved to the higher ones without a problem. After having to have my ears cleaned at a doctor’s office, I am pleased to find a stay-at-home solution for this procedure.

I looked over the item and then read some reviews and decided that it probably wouldn't work and it wasn't that much money to waste. I received it, charged it up and then went to try it. Did both ears and NOTHING. If anything, my right ear was worse and more plugged. I figured that it was going in the trash. So, I tried it one more time on the ear that was plugged. Seconds later, a large, sizeable amount came out. I was shocked. I have put off going to the ear doctor for a year because of the hassle. I knew that I needed to have them looked at as I was getting them plugged often after a shower. Now, I can just use this. I know this sounds like a commercial but I went into this highly skeptical. I'm not saying it will work for everyone but it did the job for me. Still shocked it actually worked...

Good Product, But make sure You Fully Charge it before Use. It does come with A charging cord. A little cumbersome to use as well. Make sure You have towels on hand to clean up. Once You get the hang of it, it's A breeze! I advise you to read the instructions before Use! I have used it twice and it works well and does what is supposed to do.

My ears clog periodically and I have gone to the doctor to get them cleared. This device works wonderfully and now I don't have to have the doctor clear my ears!I was having trouble hearing and everything was muffled. I was desperate because I didn't want to make a doctor's appointment so I ordered this. I had amazing results!!! It cleared out a ton of wax and actually felt good in the process! It is easy to use but kind of difficult to see what speed you are on. It is fairly clean and I don't even use the towel because the pan catches the water. I am so happy with the results. I have used it about 6 months later just for preventative cleaning and felt better after! This product is wonderful to have at home if you suffer from wax buildup in your ears!

I've had wax issues my whole life and every couple years I'm stuck dealing with a clogged ear. This product did not immediately solve my problem like others have claimed but it is still a worthwhile unit.- If you want your problem solved immediately go to the doctor. I've done this once, they pulled our an impressive stainless steel contraption with a massive stainless steel syringe and they washed my ear. The amount of pressure was incredible, I thought for sure my eardrum would be destroyed. No, it simply forced out several massive chunks of wax and I was on my way.- Instead of paying a doctor I now deal with this myself. That involves several days if not a couple of weeks of debrox and the use of a bulb ear syringe. The bulb syringe generates quite a bit of pressure if you have strong hands and I think it compacts the wax and is counterproductive. It generally leaves my ear hurting.- This product replaces the bulb syringe, is much more gentle, and because it fires in multiple directions is more effective. My ears don't hurt after treatment so I feel I can treat more often. I suggest using Debrox at night and flushing in the morning, let ear dry, use Debrox in the afternoon and flush at night. It might take a week but you will get there...

My son has had terrible ear wax impaction the last year requiring multiple trips to the ER. We felt totally unequipped to manage his ears. It doesn’t help that you aren’t supposed to put Q-tips inside ears and all the ear wax removal devices don’t do much.Decided to buy this (and a few other products) out of desperation after an ear camera showed us just how much ear wax there was. After softening the ear wax with ear drops for a few days, we gave this a shot and IT WORKED!! Our kiddo even thought it was fun! Will recommend this product to everyone I can.

Buy an endoscope that works with your phone. That will let you see what's in your ears before using the device. This ear cleaning device is perfect for cleaning them out. I had a compacted piece of wax in one ear from using Q-tips, and I finally was able to flush it out. They have cheaper manual ear cleaners, but honestly, get this electric one. It's super easy to use. Also, lesson learned by me: use warm water. I made the mistake of using cool water, and I felt a little dizzy.
