This is an excellent kitchen scale that does exactly what I need it to. It's small so it doesn't take up much room in a kitchen drawer, and it's perfect for weighing my protein drinks. I put the required amount of water in a shaker cup, push T (for Tare, which "zeros out" the scale), and then add the powder by weight. I was making the mistake of measuring scoops rather than weight, and that was inaccurate. Now all is perfect.I like this scale for its quietude as well -- no annoying beeps or clicks when I push the buttons. However, it is not big enough for measuring food on a plate, so keep that in mind. Overall, I'm perfectly happy having this accurate instrument in my nutritional arsenal!
