Great chairs
I searched and searched for a pair of Adirondack chairs. I read several reviews on many different brands, styles and materials. I read the ratings and compared prices, comfort and sturdiness. I decided to buy these after reading the reviews and product description. These were also on sale, so I ended up buying a pair of these chairs for the price of one of the other brands. First, they were packaged well in a sturdy cardboard box. Each piece was labeled and assembly was easy. They provide the basic tools to assemble the chair, but I used my own tools for faster assembly. It took us about 25 minutes to do the first chair and about 15 minutes to do the next. The chair is very well built and very sturdy. It feels just a bit on the plastic side, but that's OK with me. Each piece is thick and resembles Trex. They are very comfortable and the only thing we will add is a small back pillow at the very back of the chair for added comfort. The drink/cup holder is an added bonus and works great. All in all, I would definitely recommend these chairs to anyone.

Solid and clean--thumbs up
Early in the summer I bought a set of two Adirondack chairs from a different seller/store. They were inexpensive but looked nice once assembled. Unfortunately, the heat and intense sunlight of summer took their toll on those cheap chairs, their paint flaking off everywhere and the wood becoming dry and rickety. That's when I realized that my frugality led me to a terrible mistake. So I shopped for composite Adirondack chairs and found these. While I wish they were a deeper blue, at least I know their color will last because it's inherent to the material itself. The "wood grain" is realistic, the edges of the product are all smooth and splinter free, and the chairs feel solid and heavy. Assembly wasn't too bad (although a "wrench" is provided, you're so much better off using real tools) and by the second one it went pretty fast, especially since the largest parts are preassembled. As for sturdiness, the manufacturer says not to put over 380lbs in it, which I take to mean that most people will feel safe sitting on these chairs. I have them by my pool so it's kind of a bonus that water won't be a problem with the HDPE material; I can get right out of the pool and sit on the chairs without even drying off. The drink holder is a cool plus, but it's also smartly foldable so it doesn't get in the way when not in use. While I live in the desert, it does occasionally rain and I can leave these chairs out all summer. I'll hose them off if they get too dusty/dirty. Overall, so much happier with these chairs than the cheap ones, I should have gone straight to these when I started shopping. Last picture shows the chair with an ottoman from another store.

Seem decent...
I saw a site that rated the top 5 ADK chairs, and these got top marks. The design is great, but they are 'plastic', however not the flimsy plastic, they basically used plastic boards, not the worst thing. The instructions are great, easy to follow, but I did run into a few quality issues, on BOTH of the chairs I bought. Some holes were not drilled completely (easy DIY fix), and one nut was missing requiring them to send me the part and a tool to install it. Not ideal, but their customer service was great, but issues I feel should not have made it to the customer, which I voiced to them. As a result, it took me a week to put them together as I had to wait for the additional items. Time will tell how sturdy they are, or if they fade, they feel comfortable. I wouldn't go sitting on the arms or anything, but I wouldn't do that to a wooden chair either. People have to be reasonable with what they expect from a chair of this price. I feel it is a good value, looks great, is comfortable, and with some common sense (I know, I’m assuming a lot), it should last a while. And they do smell, as others have noted, I had to assemble them outside as it is a bit overwhelming. I have not noticed too bad while using them though.

Love my new chairs!!
I ordered 2 of these chairs. They are beautiful, sturdy and reasonably priced! They are not super difficult to assemble, but I would recommend having 2 people. A big help would have been “front “ and “back” labeled on the drawings a they can look a little confusing. After the first chair, the second went quickly. It was packaged nicely and had everything we needed to assemble. I think we will enjoy these chairs for many years!

Weight and appearance
It’s easy to assemble and the material of this chair is sturdy and pleasing to the eye. Seating is comfortable too. We wanted something that’s heavy enough so that it doesn’t get toppled in wind. It has already faced substantial summer wind gust successfully.

Easy assembly and durable. Worth the money
Very easy to put together. Assembly is easy to follow with few pieces and the directions are easy to follow. It took me about 25 minutes and I did it by myself. It’s gorgeous and will be perfect for my patio. I’m glad it’s not real wood so it won’t fade in the son and will withstand rain. It’s heavy so I’m hoping the wind doesn’t blow it away.
