For a text book OK. Written by British author and some info very British. Good to have the international exposure. Included internet Links that are no longer active - should have anticipated that and included more information to get to the Link.

The book is okay, but the kindle version is hopeless. I check the Google Books version, they look fine. I will buy from Google Books for sure!
