Great for leaky gut. Was originally taking x3 scoops three times daily as you need a high dose to seal the gut. Now reduced to one dosage of x3 first thing in the morning. I’ve ordered this on repeat and will continue doing so. Quality product that I’m very happy with. Highly recommend if you’re having gut issues (you, of course, need to address the foods that are stressing your gut too. You can’t just take this and expect the gut to heal!). I take on an empty stomach (important!) and wait at least 20 mins before eating.

Ideal for anyone with a sporty lifestyle, made a big difference when recovering from training

This is a great product which helps me slowly to recover from an infection of the gut. I used to drink it with water only, it has a slight taste that can change a bit the taste of a smootie for example. I have been recommended to take a higher dose (like 15 to 30g a day) which is supposed to help more. Everyone is differents so don't follow my advice, check the notice and what is best for you. I felt a change wih this product, I was feeling better with my digestion, I did not have any side effect. It is supposed reimforce the gut lining and I think it did, I had less food reaction with it. I recommand it.

Excellent product, dissolves in water easily and tasteless. Usually take it after workout and can feel the effect of the supplement the next day.

Good value and quality product in a handy tub. This worked really well for preventing DOMS post exercise but unfortunately it gave me cystic facial acne within a few days of starting it. Had to stop it unfortunately.
