I recently purchased this pendant light, and I’m very pleased with how it looks and performs. The installation was incredibly easy. The design is sleek and modern, adding a stylish touch to my bathroom without being too flashy. The black finish is elegant and complements my home esthetic perfectly.As for the lighting itself, it provides a bright, even glow that illuminates the entire stairwell which is exactly what I needed. The light is not too harsh, so it’s comfortable for daily grooming tasks, but still bright enough to light up the space. The fixture was easy to install, and the quality of the materials feels solid and durable.One thing I particularly like is how energy-efficient it is—despite its brightness, it doesn’t seem to use up a lot of power, which is a nice bonus. Overall, this pendant light is both functional and stylish, and I’m really happy with the upgrade. I’d highly recommend it to anyone on a DIY budget looking to enhance the lighting in their home.

Beautiful lights. I bought 2 for over my island. They both arrived in perfect condition & look just like they are pictured. Would positively by them again. Easy to assemble with great directions.

I ordered this light, it arrived in 2 days, but, the glass shade was cracked. I went to site and was able to return/replace with no problem. It arrived the next day. Had it installed and it looks great, puts out alot of light.

I ordered two of these, one of each of the two sizes. I wanted my dining room and kitchen lights to coordinate since they can be seen at the same time. BOTH arrived with broken glass. Given I have not yet moved into my new house, my contractor took possession of the lights at the state where I'm relocating. He indicated the lights are very poorly packaged, with almost nothing protecting the glass globes. The boxes were intact, so I don't think it was a shipping issue. Amazon refunded me. I ordered two similar lights from a different manufacturer. These are lovely lights, as are many of these WUZUP brand fixtures. But there is a reason for the "FREQUENTLY RETURNED" warning. I suspect the vast majority are returned in pieces.

The instructions are diagram only. It’s hard to see from the diagram but there are 2 rubber washers attached to the screws that hold the glass portion on. Those need to be separated and applied to both sides of the glass as a buffer between the glass and metal. The glass is a bit thinner than I would’ve liked but it’s pretty for the price.

No directions on how to assemble the base metal part for lamp. So this is really important! The largest metal ring has to be screwed in last! Out the arms together at the top in the "ball@ first, then the middle piece. The acre/ball on the bottom unscrews from the arm. Take it off the arm. Once the metal pieces are together, you should be able to screw the bottom ring on with the acre/ball through the outside of the ring into the arm. Only way we could do it. If you bought more than one, make sure all the rings are the same size. One of ours was bigger than the other and we had to send back. The one that did go together is really pretty and only took 10 minutes to put together one we figured out the screw/ball for the bottom ring!

Update - the seller is amazing & accommodating. Received a replacement for the glass. Overall, the customer service is/was top notch & I'm loving my new chandelier.Looks great/chic & was the perfect size for what I was looking for. Fits perfect with the rest of my home decor.instructions are very basic and as this being my first time changing out a fixture, it was troublesome. The MAIN reason for the low star review is that the holes for the glass are not properly drilled to align with the screws and the rest of the fixture. :( I can also see hairline cracks in the glass from (my assumption) when the holes were predrilled.
