The Light Seer's Pocket Tarot: A 78-Card Deck & Guidebook Cards – August 22, 2023

Love the size in my small hands. Also, they are ready almost intuitively, just by their beautiful art on each card. I am the most accurate in my tarot readings using this deck.

I love the original size deck so much, but I’ve got to say, I think I love the pocket size edition more. They’re so comfortable to hold and shuffle. The artwork is still just as gorgeous and vibrant, and the cards come in the same tin style case. The cards still feel on the thicker side and haven’t lost their sturdy feeling through the shuffling. Overall I love this deck in this size so much, it’s become my go-to 💖

I did not expect to connect so well with these cards. It may be a pocket deck, but it’s not as tiny as my other mini decks. Just a tad smaller than playing cards, so they’re easy to shuffle, especially for my old, small hands. Full-sized tarot decks are too big and thick for me to work with. This deck takes that frustration out. The artwork is modernized and gorgeous, and does not stray that far away from the classic decks, which makes the cards easy to read. Many of the characters are reimagined, so that they are easier to connect with. For example, the Hierophant, which is one of the cards I hate so much, is a beautiful laughing guru in this deck, without the trappings of authority and righteousness. The Swords suit has been replaced by crows, magical birds, full of myth and symbolism. I feel like this makes the suit more meaningful and layered. Death is a void in the shape of a hooded figure with a forest for a face. The Devil is a beautiful man. With this deck, I’ve come to reinterpret a lot of learned interpretations by examining the details in the artwork. I now read what’s presented to me instead of coming up with memorized meanings. And it really does give me a different perception — full of light.

I really like the tin box it comes in. I the deck is much smaller than even a playing card. It works for what I wanted. The large cards are too big for my hands and not easy to use when hands are affected by inflammation; swollen and stiff. Shuffling the big cards literally hurt. These are so small, very easy to store and travel with. Easy to layout without taking up much space. And easy on small hands! My only concern is if I eventually have difficulty seeing up close because the cards are so tiny. Right now, they work for me. I wish more mini decks were being created like this. Very convenient. While I don’t agree with everything in the guidebook and wouldn’t call this deck trauma sensitive, it is one of the most gentle and uplifting decks along with The Cozy Witch Tarot. The pics shared are the difference in boxes and sizes of the guidebook and cards.

Love these cards! The artwork is so beautiful and meaningful. The messages come clear to me and really uplifting. The mini size are perfect for me to handle and travel with. Get these cards! You won’t regret!

Me encantan sus ilustraciones, es fácil de barajar y fácil de conectar. Creo que cada tarot puede llevar una energía diferente, yo venía usando el tarot Rider tradicionalny puedo sentir la escencia de este tarot a una versión más moderna. Chris-Anne hizo un excelente trabajo, y su libro de interpretaciones es muy acertado en su canalización! Esta versión de pocket size es muy agradable, me encanta el grosor de las cartas, son sueltas y de excelente calidad!

The media could not be loaded. I have small hands. It's difficult to shovel large cards especially when the deck is new. These cards are so much easier to handle.The images themselves are lovely. The colors are perfect. Plus they come with a tin box to put them in.Plus, they talk to me, which after all, is the objective of a tarot deck.Highly recommended.
