If you want an ab workout - and I mean REALLY want an ab workout - this is the product for you. It was easy to assemble and is easy to use but makes for a hard workout. With multiple height settings you get multiple levels of resistance and believe me, you'll certainly feel it. The exercise itself is simple enough: place your knees on the cushions, hold onto the handle and crunch. Sounds easy, right? Do that about a hundred times and then come talk to me. I get wrecked every time I use this machine - and I love it! Bonus points, pull a single handle and it folds down for convenient storage.

Works very good. I’m about 215 and it feels sturdy when I’m using it. I love all the adjustments you can put it in so you can work you way up to the more challenging angle. Very simple to put together. This is the first thing I use on ab days. I did not install the counter board so I don’t have a say on how it works but I don’t really need to count anyways. Definitely works your abs. I would buy again

Like this product a lot. Only 4 stars because It did not come with great instructions on varying “difficulty” settings. I found out the hard way that I AM NOT advanced. Once I started at soft potato level, I got the hang of it. It was easy to put together. It’s light weight and folds up fairly flush if you need to put it away. Wish it had a lighted display but not a deal breaker. Very nice for the price. Watch for me on the swimsuit calendar.

Easy to assemble. Definitely a workout. I would recommend this to others.I also live with roommates and don’t have very many places to put this. This is easy to collapse and store in my closet when I’m not using it.

Best gift for your abd

My abs are TIGHT feeling. I really needed to strengthen my core. I know it says it doesn't do much for weightloss but I hope it helps some. It's much fun and it BURNS! It is well worth every penny!

Holy cow! Got this because my Husband has a bad back and read the reviews regarding helping get in shape without hurting his back… we both are in pretty good shape and holy cow this thing will kick your butt!!! If you are wanting to get your stomach in better shape you should get this machine!! You wont regret it

So, I bought this after seeing them advertised on tiktok. I was trying to lose weight but I really just want to slim down my stomach that looks 8 months pregnant. I'm not really too worried about rest of my body. Anywho, for starters this was very easy to put together. There is a setting for beginners all the way up to expert to fit your needs. I think I'm about 215 lbs and not in the best shape. I started out easy trying not to over do it because I didn't want to hurt or strain anything. I felt the burn in every muscle in my abdominal that I forgot I had, groin/inner thigh area and upper arms and woke up sore the next day. It felt like this machine will be perfect for all the areas I need to tone up. It's sturdy, I didn't have any problems with wobbling as it was in the lowest position. It was pretty comfortable, the padding did it's job and best of all it didn't cause any pain in my back when I used it. It folds up and takes up as much space as an ironing bored to store out of the way. So far I love this machine but will try to update in a week or so to see how my results are coming along.
