Glucomannan is a water-soluble fiber obtained from the extracted from plant origin (Amorphophallus konjac). The konjak plant cultivated mainly in Japan consists of 70% of glucomannan. Due to its high swelling capacity (up to 50 times its own volume), the glucomannan fiber provides a pleasant fullness in the stomach and ensures a natural sense of saturation. This makes it easier to reduce superfluous fat and effectively reduce weight. Hunger pangs can thus also be minimised by the sensation of feeling full and therefore acts as an appetite suppressant
