Brilliant gift and great customer service
This product is simply amazing. The gift reciever loved it. It looks beautifully made and works! When I needed to contact customer service they were swift and very helpful. I think that the kit is not too challenging but challenging enough. It is also a great reminder that we don't need plastic to be entertained - a great natural source of entertainment!

Am looking forward to making this item. The items look well made and displayed easily. The instructions look comprehensive but easy to understand

Difficult to assemble but nice.
I found the assembly quite challenging, but mostly because some of the pieces were not accurately sized so they didn’t fit as exactly as they should have done. During assembly, it was not possible to determine how this would impact later stages so a decision had to be made as to how to glue them. As a result, the leg which taps is skewed to one side and the arm keeps falling out of the accordion when it is operated. I also always check I have all the correct pieces before I start and found there were a few missing, so I had to wait until I’d received the correct ones before I could start. All in all, I like the model but maybe a bit more accuracy with the length of the rods which join important parts of the kit together, and are crucial for it to work properly.

Husband had a stroke. He got great pleasure from making this ,not to difficult but gave him a bit of a challenge

lot of of wooden pieces missing
The box included only 8 wooden pieces. It was not possible to build the wooden puzzle model.

Throughly enjoyed making this. There was a piece missing however, I rang the helpline number and it arrived within two days. Excellent customer care and a great piece.
