Good bins at a good price
Excellent quality for the price and as good as very expensive alternatives. Clear sharp images,easy to focus well balanced,

Cumbersome
My main reason for purchasing these binoculars was that they are supposed to be waterproof. That may be so but optically they do not bear comparison on a number of counts to my 7x50 Zeiss binoculars that have a brighter, wider field of view. The focusing controls are "stiff" and difficult to manipulate whilst viewing which, of course, is necessary!! Yes, indeed they are heavy and all in all I cannot recommend this product.Incidentally I am by trade an astronomer and so I posses a range of optical equipment that includes binoculars, telescopes and camera equipment (telephoto lenses and so forth).
