Startech Standalone Disk Eraser
Another great StarTech product. Numerous erasure options for both SSD and HDD drives which are specific to drive type. Extremely easy to select erasure type using inbuilt display then start erasure process without need for linking to a PC. At £25 to £60 to have disks securely erased, purchase cost is recovered extremly quickly.

Great product, great price
Found this when my old hard drive eraser decided to give up the ghost. Works at the same speed (around 4 hours for a 500GB drive on HMG-IS5). I've done around 30 drives now, all sanitised without a problem. Checked using a software recovery tool and cant get a thing back after a 36 hour deep scan, so works brilliantly.
