Customer service changed my mind
This was an expensive stuffed animal for it to have come torn. They also vacuum sealed it with the face things up so now they won’t lie down flat. It’s for a birthday gift so I will sew it myself.I edited my review because they seem like a nice business and immediately reached out to me to see if they could do anything to make the situation better. I’d probably buy from them again it seems like the care about the buyers experience
