Great with 4ply and sport weight yarn!!
I used this to punchneedle with 4ply yarn and it works really well. I did try with DK yarn but found the yarn too thick. Really easy to use and comfortable to hold. Hope they bring out a bigger size.

embroidery tool
Have tried a different tool before this one and find this one much better. I find embridering with a normal needle difficult due to arthritic fingers but can manage fine with the clover, also I like the loop effect. would definitley recomend it.

Good for needle-punching
This is a needle-punching tool and comes with a 3 ply needle. 1 ply and 6 ply needles are available separately. I think it would have been nice to have had all three without having to order them separately. I tried it with Clover's 'Kantan Couture' gold thread that's designed for this tool, but think that the 1 ply needle would work better with this very fine thread. I got on much better with a thicker thread. A little bit of practice is needed to get even stitches but once you've got the hang of it you can work quite fast. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for back stitch since it can be a little wasteful at the back of the stitches. But for looped stitching it's pretty good, once you get the hang of it. I'm only giving it 3 stars because, as I said, I think they could have included at least one other needle size. Buying the other needles separately is a little expensive. I also found the threader to be a little too short - an extra centimetre would have made threading much easier. Do bear in mind that to secure the stitches permanently you have to put glue on the start and finish of your work, otherwise your stitches will unravel and all your hard work will be lost! Not for everyday embroidery but good if you want to needle-punch.

Not what it seems to be
This is not what it seems to be. It does not actually properly embroider, it does not create proper stitches and is not a miracle quick fix for embroidering garments. All it does is punch holes and leave a loop of fabric behind each 'stitch', each loop is not secured in any way and the instructions tell you that you need to glue the 'stitches' at the back to secure them - so, not at all what it seems to be.Very disappointing.

Ideal when you get working but needle was too small so had to glue in lucky enough didn't get in barrel as the needle would of been useless but now I love it using it is a breeze

The media could not be loaded. Buen agarre , afilada y cómoda para punchear o bordar es la aguja con el agujero más ancho de Clover al parecer.

Very easy to use!I bought it after watching YouTube and it's great.I couldn't use wool yarn. If it was embroidery thread, you could make something wonderful. You should buy a thicker needle, sold separately.
