They make great sized balls of ice that look good in a drink and last longer than other shaped ice. Sturdy plastic compared to other brands of ice trays, don't break when you twist the tray to remove the ice. Have to make sure you pour the correct amount of water or the ice wiil be half balls or you will have ice all over the top and outside of the tray.

there's a bit of a learning curve. It would have been nice if there had been some written instructions, but I went back over the reviews and questions and we figured out how to get the full little balls and not halves. Love the bin to keep them in and how quickly the small ice balls chill a drink.

Perfect size, easy to use, loving it

I guess I did something wrong. I froze lemon juice in them and that was hard to remove. Probably better with just water.

Product is as depicted but the ice cube balls are far too small and melt quickly. Not exactly what I wanted but will still give five stars because it is what it says it is.

This is such a cute and fun way to make ice for my morning coffee/cold brew! I like to get creative with the presentation of my coffee and this ice makes the experience all the more enjoyable! At times the ice cubes can be really hard to get out which can be frustrating at times but if you push each spot with your thumb or bang the side of it up against the inside of the tray they eventually come out. Lastly, I also love that it has the scooper as well!

I get a little bit of ice at the bottom every now and then but I have yet to be able to figure out how to make it make balls. Mainly it just makes broken ice from the the lid and partial bits from the molds.
