Works great

I so far, crossing my fingers, absolutely love this. For info my cat is around 3 years old, but unsure due to shelter aging.Lets start with the small what would be consider downsides but are closer to neutral things for me. From the product photos I thought it'd be larger it is not which I actually enjoy more. It's a smaller handheld size which sits perfectly on flat surfaces like windows, oven door, and my refrigerator. It unfortunately doesn't stick to wooden surfaces like my dorm chairs as well or the not so smooth college apartment walls due to the lack of smooth. Wooden surface not sure why it doesn't but hasn't caused issue not having that. It does fall every so often after around 4-8 hours depending on how the suction is working based on my placement but it seems quite durable so far as falling from 6 feet multiple times while I was figuring out which surfaces it stuck to hasn't done any visible damage. It has a slight amount of noise which is to be expected from it moving, but it's quiet enough that I don't really care and my air purifier is louder which covers the noise.Now to the wonderful. The battery life is a quite few days when I use it normally, not always on. Always on it still lasts a few days due to its automatic turn off and on. It was extremely easy to use and set up as well as understand the simple instructions. I do suggest adding water onto the back of the sucker thingy (Forgive me I'm forgetting the name of it) that sticks it to the wall. After that, it stays on for a long time and I trust to usually leave it overnight when I head to sleep. My cat absolutely loves this. She tends to wake me up at 4 am when I'm trying to sleep for college classes the next day so I turn this on and she's busy playing for a while quietly instead of trying to dig through the trash can or chew wires on my computer. Many times she cares more about the laser than her other toys and it allows me to not have to play instead of doing homework. I still play with her outside of the laser but it is clear she favors it.

The cat laser eye would not move around like it was shown to do.So I reached out to the manufacturer thru their customer service and a new one is being sent to me.Over all it seems simple and so far I am only out my original monetary value.I do not know if they will want the original back or not.Just upsetting that the first one did not work but nice that I am getting one that hopefully will.

My cat is totally obsessed with Lazer light. This has been by far his favoritest toy ever and has definitely stood the test of time. My cat is a very demanding one when it comes to playing and this product almost lasted a entire year before the motor finally went in it to get it to move. Definitely rebuying another 1 right now tried another brand but was too loud and noisy when this was perfect. Only thing that could make this amazing is a automatic motion feature like the other one that's too loud.

I love this so much! But unfortunately it quit spinning.. I don't love it enough to buy it again every year.. I wish there was a warranty. Also the suction cup never holds onto anything but I use it sitting on a coffee table

I bought this for my cats, to give them something to do when I was at work. And I finally got around to watching them use this thing after several mo this of owning it. And they are having a BALL dude, literally so much fun. My dog, apparently had been chasing it around too, which I didn’t really know until I was watching them play with it. And that is why the couch cushions and pillows were in disarray 😂.This is very easy to set up! And the charge lasts for hours. You can move it around so you can kind of aim where you want it to hit etc. it is shaped like a cat which is super cute. And the brightness is very good, however in bright and direct sunlight I have noticed it is very hard to see.I would 100000% recommend this to ANYONE with pets, cats or dogs.

Product randomly stopped working, laser turns on but won't move. All the responses on reviews says you can get product help, but when you actually click on support it says not available for this product.Also battery only lasts like 2 days, I'd rather have battery operated, it's annoying to charge all the time.

One of the main reasons why I purchased this particular laser toy is because it will turn itself back on after a certain amount of time. This is great for them to play during the night, as they don't really care much for static/non-moving toys.It's easy to re-charge and holds a good charge - and they use it all day long.I wasn't able to get the suction cup feature to work, despite having a smooth wall surface, but it still works fine from where I have it up on my fireplace mantel.The multiple options for the speed is also a great feature, and they each have their own color so you can easily see which mode you're on.I'm taking one star away because it doesn't run as long as other laser toys I've owned. You have to go back and turn it on again quite frequently. I realize that would run the battery down, but I'd gladly re-charge it more often if it had a longer play time.
