Got the liquid drops. So far; pretty good. I'm pregnant and started getting tooth pain in all my teeth on right side. Started taking this with raw calcium; and no more tooth pain; so I think it's working

This has seemed to help with the circulation in my legs that I had hoped to increase by adding Vitamin K-2. I have had some mild heart issues in the past and like the reviews I have read about this product. Sometimes things like mood and brain fog are subtle and you don't realize for a few weeks or even months that you haven't experienced them for awhile. I think that is the case with this. It is easy to take, has no noticeable side effects and the thing is all of a sudden you realize you are feeling better in ways that are not shocking but are really important. You mostly notice the absence of other things that were concerning, and that's a good thing to keep aging at bay in an almost 80 yr old!

There are only four supplements out of the many dozens I've tried over the decades that make an immediate difference in how I feel, and, sorry to say, this isn't one of them. I wonder if this does anything good for me. But I give the product 4-stars because instead of using earth-clogging plastic for the bottle, the company uses thick, strong, brown glass. Wish more companies would ditch plastic for glass. If I ever do K2 again, this is the company I'll use. Glass bottles!

This pill supplement is the best on the market because it contains all the necessary versions of K2 plus D3. I'm a very healthy senior and I make sure I take this supplement along with my general multivitamin. Definitely buying it again.

I have been using this product for over a year now. I like it because it has both the K1 and K7 vitamins which do different things in your body. K1 is for blood clotting.When I was younger, you could hit me with a bat and I would never get black and blue. Starting a few years ago, after I get blood drawn for cholesterol checks, I would develop a 2 inch wide black and blue which never happened before. Eventually It became normal, every time my blood was taken.I started taking this vitamin and fast forward to my next blood-work test a few months later I never got the black and blue mark. Not only that, It never happened again for about a year now.This told me 2 things, first, I was obviously deficient in the K1vitamin and second, this is definitely being absorbed and doing it's job. Great product.

This formula is very well priced as. you get a 60 day supply of K1 and K2 in the forms of MK4 and MK7, which metabolize differently and affect different tissues, like the brain. Most people who take MK7 take it to push calcium out of the serum and into bones but it does so much more, although that is important. Being paired with a good, rational amount of D3 shows Triquetra actually cares about the efficacy of its formulas - what a concept! But many competitors only provide MK7. MK4 is really important, equally as important to have and this has a good amount of it. Do the research on its benefits for brain health and you'll be a fan of this formula. I also am really impressed they thought to throw in some pre-biotics. Although a small amount, you need a healthy gut to metabolize your "K's" and other nutrients.
