Great for sports practices and games
These are a staple in my household during pre season football in the summer to the championship playoff games at the end of the year. We’ve been using this for years. My younger son isn’t a fan of plain water. This is the only way he can stay hydrated without drinking overly sugary drinks. I’ve tried this also, and they taste great. I can see why my boys don’t get tired of these after all these years!

The pods are expensive and the bottle is just an added and required expense. I take these to my outdoor activities and it’s very convenient to keep in my backpack. The taste is just a little weak but overall I enjoy them.

My fiance likes Gatorade but the red dye in the pre-bottled drinks hurts his stomach. These work as an alternative, and allow him to fill his stainless drink bottle once a day. The pods are shelf stable, mix easily, and he says they taste great.
