I was in between sizes so I ordered them both thinking I would return the one that didn't fit. I work in a warehouse and after just 4 days of wearing the larger one, the smaller one now fits. The compression of the shorts also helps my back just as the waist trainer I previously wore. I also prefer these shorts over the waist trainer as it is shedding inches from my back, hips and lower stomach area not just my mid/upper stomach like the waist trainer. I will continue to purchase/size down until I meet my desired weight. I feel these are exactly what I need to reach my goal !!

Gonna Make You Sweat!!
Purchased the XL high waist sauna shorts, I am 5'9 155lbsand wear a size 10 pant...probably could've gotten away with a Large. Bought these to wear with a "hot" cream while on the treadmill. The inside is just like those old time silver sauna suits and they definitely increase sweat! The XL shorts are quite comfortable, could've sized down for compression. Shorts washed/dried beautifully with no problems! They have both hook and eye closure or zipper (I use only the zipper). Great to wear for that extra burn during workouts!

I like this body shaper, it's comfortable, easy to put on, doesn't roll down and you can feel it working. (Underwear gets wet).

So at first I was skeptical about ordering this but I decided to give it a try and when I put this on and go work out it makes me SWEAT SWEAT! Go get yours nooooowwwww!

Great for working out in!
Very good product overall but I wouldn’t recommend for post partum. definitely for toning your core while working out. The belly has a material that makes your belly sweat more. I like using this when working out! Helps me keep my posture as well!I tried using it as a postpartum waist trainer as first and it made me rash so I don’t think it’s intended to be used for hours at a time.
