Great replacement dust bin lid for my Dyson animal v7

Fixed a problem with the smell from all the dog hair for a cheap price.

I read in the reviews to use a flat head to pry the previous lid off and i found that worked best. Replacing the lid was as easy as clicking into place. No fuss. It seals shut and remains shut which is what I needed. I have the sv10 and it fit perfect.

This lid saved me from buying a whole new canister. No issues with compatibility. The original lid catching mechanism broke because it is brittle plastic. So is this one but we'll be more careful with it. Make sure you watch a YT video on how to remove and replace the lid. It is NOT a fun and easy process but I hope to not have to repeat it. If I do, I would consider buying this brand again.

Very difficult to attach. Took an hour to figure it out.Secondly, once it’s on, it won’t open up anymore. So can’t easily dump the dust off, I need to remove the bin now which is super annoying and messy.
