My favorite weighted jump rope
I ordered several jump ropes to use with the swim team I coach and this is my favorite weighted rope.I am honestly speechless at how many "weighted" ropes I received that didn't even weigh a pound. This rope has some weight in the handles that helps me feel like I am really getting a workout. The handles are sized nicely with a cover that has some padding to it. There are finger/thumb indents that helps it to stay comfortable while being used and the grip is easy to hold. The "rope" is metal cord with a pvc cover and it spins easily and without getting stuck.Love it!
