Does the job

If it's good enough for a Rolex, it's good enough for your stylus. Simply take a bit of it (or the whole bar, why not), and lower the stylus onto it. Don't pull, don't drag, do nothing other that lower down and then up again. The bar pulls all the guff off the stylus leaving it lovely and clean, like the insides of a watch should be. Or indeed your stylus. Why waste money on snake oil preparations when this does the perfect job and leaves no residue (because that would gum up the workings of a mechanical watch that's a LOT more expensive than 99.9% or styluses)?

Like the product use it for my hobby it picks up and cleans dirt off objects.

I use to think blu-tac was good enough for me but it can be too sticky and also leave a residue, especially the cheap imitations. I saw Rodico recommended by a YouTuber mending watches and thought I'd get some. It seems to do a good job and although it's a very small box you get, it should still last a while if you use it on small objects like watch faces. Also good for stopping tiny screws or springs falling out or firing themselves across the room when you dismantle something.

Great product. Does what it says on the box. Don't know why you shouldn't use blue tac but purchased and used now, very happy.

I only used this product once, but can say I'm very impressed. A little piece of this goes a long way, so is quite good value for money as well. Very good delivery service....Very pleased thank you.

My old watch needed a good clean and l found the cleaning Putty very useful for removing stubborn dusty bits.
