Cleaning tablets for coffee and espresso machine - Pack of 40, Cleaner suitable for automatic coffee makers and capsule machines

Excellent descaler for my coffee bean machine. Unlike others this does not leave residue in the water tank which males this superb. Does the job brilliantly.

Bought this as a replacement to the ones I got from the machine's manufacturer. To be honest they work out much cheaper, last longer and I have not noticed any difference in performance or flavour. I run the machine's clean cycle using one of these and have done it 2x so far with no problems. The tablet dissolves completely in 1 cycle, like the manufacturers one, the little bit of water left in the portafilter's membrane is clear. I personally like to do a few primes after the cycle and swap baskets before brewing coffee so to me flavour was never impacted. I have not noticed any scale built up either after switching to these. So overall I do recommend, especially because the composition is very similar to the big brands composition.

I bought these as a cheaper alternative to the official Krups cleaning tables for a Krups bean-to-cup machine. The Krups tablet never had a frothiness or scent but I assumed they were doing some cleaning and these act in the exact same way. The Krups machine cleaning cycles produces one bowl of coffee stained water and the second bowl of clear water with a hint of dissolved white tablet. So all in all I think they're doing something and they appear to behave no differently to the Krups ones which actually went bad in the packet so at least these are cheap and remain solid in the air sealed pot.

I have been using this in my bean to cup coffee machine for 3 months now.Works well, and as mentioned in other reviews I recommend using warm water to dissolve the tablet in the water tank of the coffee machine.Since using these to descale my coffee machine I have noticed when I turn the machine on, and it goes through the self clean process before use, the water is now clear, compared to another descaling tablet that I was using, the water was slightly brown as there was coffee still left somewhere in the internals.

As long as you use them with boiling water, they work really well. Used them in my tassimo coffee machine with room temperature water, took 30 minutes to dissolve. Still left with gritty white residue in bottom of water container. Now need to buy my original descaling tablets that dissolve in cold water.

I've been using these in our Bosch integrated machine for years and they do the job.

We tried these and they worked really well
