The quality is excellent. well-contoured. Memory foam works, doesn’t get out of shape even after a long flight (12hrs). The material is smooth. Affordable. Kid loves it.

I don’t use it for what it’s supposed to be for traveling pillow. However, it is great just for a bad pillow. I have had recent neck surgery And I sleep sitting up so the pillow supports my neck very well Easy to use just the right size and just right firmness. It is also soft to the touch

This pillow is as described, and the quality is excellent.But it is not be best fit for me. The neck opening and the pillow height fit is a little too big and high. I bought it to support my head after eye surgery to keep me from turning my head and sleeping on side of surgery. It is very uncomfortable for sleeping in bed regardless of which way I placed the snap opening. It is more comfortable wearing in a sitting position which makes it better for travel.

I think the bag that this pillow comes with is great! The pillow is very flexible and easily fits inside the bag. Once the pillow is removed from the bag, if easily expands into its full shape and size. Once fully expanded, the pillow grows firm and it is very comfortable to have on. This pillow is travel-friendly!

I bought this for my elderly mom. She loves it. As she falls asleep easily it helps her not get a stiff neck in her wheelchair. Happy with this product!

I really wanted to like this pillow - the cover is so soft and the foam seems like it would be very comfortable. But the neck opening is bigger than I would like so my head flopped to the side, even when buttoned. Maybe my neck is small and this would work well for someone with a larger neck or someone who doesn't want a tighter fitting pillow.

Very comfortable the snap on the front makes it great in case you rolled around you don’t lose it, ir is very full, not like the old cheapies

Super soft on the outside and the memory foam makes it comfy but firm enough o hold head in place when sleeping. Easily packed back in carry bag.

I haven't used it yet on a flight but at first try at home it seems pretty comfy. The front could snap in 2 positions rather than one to prevent chin from dropping even more but if you turn it front to back then your head can rest closer to the seat and the chin is held up ok. The thing is quite soft to the touch but med-hard latex. I'm sure i'll find it helpful on my upcoming flight. I also own a cheap inflatable one but those smell funny and feel bouncy.

Works well! Packs down small into the provided bag. I like the snap to keep it snug on your neck.

I really enjoy this pillow! As long as nothing changes about it, I would highly recommend it! I had a "dog bone pillow" that I loved. Sadly it got left outside too long and got mold. Ewww. They no longer sold it here, so I decided to try this one out. Great investment! I don't use regular pillows because it throws my body out out alignment. This pillow is the Perfect size to lay under my neck while sleeping. You don't fancy (expensive) pillows to sleep properly. This will do. I unclip the button(?) and it's perfect! No aches or sore back, neck, shoulder when I wake up. I'm going to buy more. Just in case.
