These flameless candles were exactly what I was looking for. The safest option to place in my windows, for a simplistic and elegant touch.They look great both inside and even prettier from the outside of the house.the gold base gives them a classy touch that accents my Christmas decor perfectly. They are super lightweight so you can move them around easily to change up your look in a hurry.They are bright and have different settings that can be changed to your choice with a compact, super convenient and easy to use remote. Has a timer if you want to set it overnight. (Great safety feature)I really love the comfortable and calming ambience that the subtle light that projects from these candles provide~ I’ll definitely be buying another box to do the back of the house next year. Worth the price.

I needed these candles, I read all the reviews first and saw how 2 or 3 did not work... thinking what are the odds... and guess what?? Two did not work! Now what do I do??! Do I send them all back n start over & request a refund. Or do I request the additional two that are missing??

When my candles arrived two of the ten were not working. Amazon customer service was very helpful in getting my issue resolved and put me in touch with the seller company. I was particularly impressed with the seller company, Wecolor, in their response. They contacted me within hours of identifying my issue to them (on a weekend, which I was not expecting) and provided me with a way to check the candles and ensure there was a problem. That solved my problem for one of the candles which got it working, but one was still inoperative. Wecolor immediately sent me a replacement which arrived in record time. Although the problem with the candles did it cause any inconvenience since I bought them to decorate for the holidays, both Amazon and Wecolor were on top of it and provided superior customer service.
