I found the effects to be noticeable. I didn't pick up any unpleasant flavor or odor, and I couldn't detect a lingering taste. I mostly use this for general health and energy boost.I had no negative effects and found it easy to ingest.

OK, supplements are always hard to review. What works for someone might not work for someone else. This review is based purely on the packaging, label and my assumptions about the quality of the product. I didn't find any suspicious ingredients, or anything questionable that would lead me to believe this was a sub par product. That said, I have been using this product and don't feel any different.

This green tea supplement is as good as any other one that I've tried. I don't notice any major benefits from it, but I also don't notice any negative effects. My daily energy seems to be slightly better with it.

Good source of polyphenols and EGCG without having to drink lots and lots of green tea. These are medium/large sized capsules, 3 per serving. They are easy enough for me to swallow, and I didn’t have any after-taste or other noticeable side effects. These capsules do contain caffeine, which is naturally occurring in green tea. I personally have a very high tolerance to caffeine – this didn’t affect me even with my normal 2 cups of coffee in the morning. However, if you are sensitive to caffeine, take that into considerations. I couldn’t find any indication of Made in the USA or GMP, but the label does indicate non-GMO ingredients. I’d give it a better rating if it were manufactured in the USA and in a GMP certified facility.

I love how green tea makes me feel. I try to drink it every day and it gives me energy and my brain feels awesome. Every few weeks though I get really sick of the taste. I think my body is just over tasting the same thing over and over again. That or I’ll get lazy and just not feel like brewing a big pot of it.If I then go a stretch without drinking it I start to feel worse. This supplement is great at keeping me feeling the same great feeling without having to drink it. The pills are easy to swallow and have no funny aftertaste. Very happy with these and I will buy them again.

I try to drink green tea every day for the health benefits. But I've been getting lazy about making it. These are a great alternative. They are easy to swallow, no aftertaste, and I get my green tea. I will definitely buy again.

This is a really good green tea supplement. The capsules are of average size, have no bad odor, are easy to swallow and leave no bad after taste.
