Good value from Amazon for this, large size bag comes with tiny scoop too. Can’t comment on quality/if it’s helping as haven’t used for long enough but good value for a clean supplement. Taste isn’t too bad some people say it’s extremely bitter, I personally mix it in a lemon and ginger morning drink which is gross anyway so get it over with and it’s fine the health benefits will out way the taste hopefully.

I wasn't sure what to expect but the powder disolves really easily in water and there is no taste to it. I thought maybe it was cause gas but it doesn't. I feel like it's doing something good because the first few days I felt like all the toxins were leaving my body and my joints have felt much better since starting this twice a day. I havent started taking it with glucosamine yet but I intend to. My nails have always been quite brittle but they have started to grow better too. Not sure about my hair yet as I havent been taking it long enough. I would definitely recommend giving this a try as it seems to have many benefits.

Since a car accident and subsequent health problems, I’ve been on a mission to improve my wellness through neutraceuticals rather than pharmaceuticals. MSM was added in as a bit of an experiment, but when I’m taking it I do notice a decrease in joint pain, and also the added bonus of improved hair and nail growth. After taking it for a little over a month, my hairdresser couldn’t believe it was only six weeks since my last trim! It doesn’t taste wonderful mixed with water, but I find it’s almost undetectable in a bit of fresh orange juice. I take it twice a day with food, and can definitely say it works for me. I am currently trying out recipes for a homemade hair mask with it too, but too soon to say if I’ve got that right yet! I would definitely recommend trying MSM out, and my pack from this seller arrived well packaged and super fast. The only other thing is that I find the ziplock bag a bit fiddly, so I store mine in a jar instead

As I have just received it, I don't know if it'll work for me or not.However, it was delivered quickly and neatly. I appreciate the small, green measuring spoon that comes with it. Very useful.It has zero smell, zero taste. I have always dissolved it in a tablespoon of kettle boiled hot water first.I've had it in a banana smoothie, in a bowl of muesli, even straight into a cup of rooibos tea! Hasn't done anything weird.I've had a bad salon cut and am now trying to speed up my hair growth. I'll update this comment in a months time

I heard about MSM on a youtube review and decided to try it for hair growth. I was lucky to find out that it also helps joint pain - Im a dancer so had bad knee pain for a couple months. I mixed a scoop in orange juice daily and it helped my achy knees so much to a point they barely crack when I bend down! My hair grew really fast but the downside was my facial and body hair growing equally fast so had to get my eyebrows waxed more regularly. Overall, its worth it so definitely recommend

I've heard this helps with hair growth. I'm currently trying it and haven't noticed the difference yet. I think it did break me out to begin with but it's seems to have subsided now
